Alpe d’Huez is world famous for cycling and ski alpin but less well known for it’s vast back country ski area.
You dream of off-piste skiing, endless descents, different orientations allowing you to choose the best qualities of snow…then join me and try the adventure in the Alpe d’Huez and Oz-Vaujany areas.
Depart Pic Blanc (3330m) and a multitude of itineries await us.
Through its glaciers and corridors, the EAST side will take us to the small village of Clavans-le-haut, with more than 2000 meters of negative gradient. From there, no ski lifts, we return either by helicopter or by taxi.

LA GRAVE
La Grave-La Meije is one of the major unmissable sites in the world of skiing. Just an hour’s drive from the Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine, the best freeride spot in Europe awaits us.
A single gondola lift takes us in 30 minutes to an altitude of 3200 m. From there, a unique and immense playground awaits us.
This area offers us unusual itineraries, the classic Vallons de la Meije and Chancel, large glacial areas, corridors from 35° to over 55° and descents of over 2,500 meters in height. Without forgetting its magnificent larch forest which allows us to have powder days even with little visibility.
In short, it’s unique.
